Detailed Description

Freezes or unfreezes the stroke tick depending on the bool parameter While the tick is frozen all strokes applied will have the same priority

Returns

FreezeTickHolder – this object was created to hold the reference to the table attribute modifier the frozen tick value is not persisited and therefore this is neccessary The FreezeTickHolder freezes the tick on creation and unfreezes it on release place the FreezeTickHolder obj in an auto_ptr
