Detailed Description

 This command moves page items from one spread (kSpreadBoss) to

another.

Precondition

The objects to be moved and the target spread must be in the same document.

Postcondition

The page items are removed from the hierarchy of the spread that currently owns them and moved to the hierarchy of the target spread. They will appear in the same z-order as before, vis-a-vis each other.
