Detailed Description

 A service provider that updates a data link.

Client code can have different implementations for IID_IUPDATELINKSERVICE to have their unique behaviors for update link. This implementation reimports the file associated with a regular page itmes (image, text story, etc.) It deletes the original page item and data link and creates new ones to replace them. It uses the same setting used last time the page item was imported. If the same provider cannot import the data again, the other providers are tried.
